1955 RHD Jaguar XK140 DHC
We are pleased to be in the position to offer this beautiful Jaguar XK140 DHC for sale

This car was produced in 1955 and sold in the US. In the late eighties it was shipped to Northern Ireland where the car underwent a full body off restoration which, according to the accompanying paperwork took three years and was carried out by Classic Marques N.I. Ltd. This process included the conversion to right hand drive.

Over the years further upgrades where fitted to the car which include the following:

Lightened Flywheel
Fast Road Cam
Light weight tappets
Alternator
Electronic ignition
5 Speed Gearbox
2" SU Carburettors
Power Steering with electric power steering pump
Kenlowe electric cooling fan and controls
High flow oil pump
Electric Water pump
Pedal box
All these upgrades make the car a very drivable car in today's traffic.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
