This 1951 Jaguar XK120 roadster was reportedly built in 1950 and spent time in California before it was purchased in 1981 out of Vancouver, British Columbia by its previous owner, who kept the car until 2019. The selling dealer acquired the car in January 2020 and moved it to Tucson, Arizona. Finished in white over a refreshed red leather interior, the car is powered by a numbers-matching 3.4L inline-six that is paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a black soft top and side curtains, a louvered hood, and steel wheels with Jaguar hubcaps. Work performed in 2019 under previous ownership is said to have included a brake job and replacement of the Connolly leather interior upholstery. This XK120 is now offered with a newspaper clipping featuring the car and a clean Arizona title. The white exterior is said to have been refinished many years ago and is paired with a black soft top and side curtains. The seller states that the paint shows flaws from age, the convertible top is worn, and the top’s plastic windows are difficult to see through.
The interior was reportedly refreshed in 2019, and the seats have been reupholstered in red Connolly leather over red carpets and door cards. The trunk has been fitted with matching red carpeting, and a spare tire and tools are mounted in the compartment beneath the trunk.
