Ad read:
This is a 1953 xk120 Drophead coupe. This jaguar is matching numbers. This car would make a great candidate for restoration. This car comes with a clear title. The engine is currently not running, but turns freely. The gearbox is in good shape and it shifts smoothly. The chassis is solid with only road chrome and some light surface rust. The body of this Jaguar is solid, and it has some old red paint on it. The left rear fender has some surface rust. There is some rust on the rear panel buy the deckild. The bonnet doors and decklid are in nice shape. The convertible top is present, but it should be recovered. The interior is all there, some pieces should be replaced. The sills have topical surface rust present, but they could be reused. The D posts are solid. The trunk area is in good shape and is reusable. The chrome on this car is in ok shape the bumpers have some surface rust present, and they should be rechromed. The tires are in good shape and the rims are nice as well.

This car also has what appears to be XK-140 taillights, not the correct 120 ones.
Would suggest that the seller/auctioner take better photos of the interior detailing condition of woodwork and trim bits as this is where the money will be spent aside from sorting the bodywork.
