This Jaguar XK 120 DHC LHD, finished in Battleship Grey, was delivered to the USA in 1953 and first registered on August 20, 1953.
In the early 1990s, this vehicle was brought back to Europe/Austria and comprehensively restored for personal use by the Austrian Jaguar specialist Peter Orlainsky in Bludenz-Bürs (photographic documentation is available).
Individual approval and registration in Austria were granted on August 30, 1994. The XK120 was registered to Peter Orlainsky until August 22, 2005, and then, two days later, to the current owner.
The vehicle has been meticulously maintained and driven less than 15,000 miles since its restoration. It remains in excellent condition, a testament to the quality of the restoration.
All servicing was performed by Peter Orlainsky and later by his former employee and marque specialist, René Feineler (Premium Garage). A switchable fan has been installed to improve everyday usability. For added comfort when driving with the top up, the larger rear window from the XK 140 has been fitted. In addition to the standard color-matched wire wheels, a set of chrome wire wheels is available as an option.
