This Jaguar XK 120 FHC was original delivered in August 1951 to the Jaguar Dealer Delacroix in Paris. One year later it was sold to its first owner an US officer who was stationed in Europe for the allied troops. Later on the car was sold by a French man to the US. There the vehicle has been completely "bare metal" restored by Vintage Motorsports of Milwaukee. This XK 120 was part of the famous Donnington Collection in England.

A most beautiful car with history.

the worst identification plate , surely remanufactured, ever seen !
Also it never existed blue seats with beige carpets.

should be a nickel plated brass id plate here...not a shiny brass one

    re-stamped and the wrong plate.

Surely should be studless cam covers, so the head stamping is - as previously declared - a fake.

The identification plate looks as if it had breen rested on a cushion before stamping.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
