Anders Clausager records that this was the first RHD DHC with automatic transmission. It was built in the Experimental Department and later (on 15 March 1957) sold second-hand to Coombs, Guildford. There were subsequently only 3 more RHD DHC with automatic transmission – 807439BW, S807453BW and 807475BW.
