The Jaguar left the factory on 20th December, 1960 and was despatched by Jaguar Cars in New York, United States. Only 38 XK150 3.8 models were built. This Jaguar is painted in an indescribable, very attractive beige colour exterior with a very beautiful complementing red leather interior and a black soft-top in great condition. It has a deep shining paint in excellent condition, almost no marks or any signs of usage, beautiful chrome throughout. Windows and glasses also in beautiful condition. The wired wheels are all very nice and shining state and condition and don’t show any damages or rust. Interior car of the car, leather on the seats all in excellent quality. The colour combinations is so very much appealing, a car to fall in love with! A car in full function order and in excellent condition all through. Full function also on dashboard, steering wheel and on all instruments. The car is fitted with a 4-speed gearbox with overdrive. The combination of the 3.8 litre engine version with the 4-speed gearbox guarantees reliability and much driving pleasure. An ideal car for touring around, travelling on holidays and to join classic car tours with. It is a very fast and fun car to drive. The car is registered in Germany on German number plates and is part of an amazing, great classic car collection. The car has been regularly serviced an maintained and is technical and optical in outstanding condition. It is believed that the car is attributed and been owned by the family of Grace Kelly during the years 60’ in Pennsylvania, USA. Further information, details and pictures certainly on request!

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
