Sellers description:
This XK120 "M" received a body off restoration in England almost 10 years ago. The complete engine and drivetrain were rebuilt to original specifications. In fact, they are the ORIGINAL numbers matching "Special Edition" items supplied with the Jaguar when new. A Heritage Certificate completes the documentation. A new leather interior, wilton carpeting, new navy cloth top and padded headliner, refinished wood, new Chrome wire wheels, a special alloy radiator and alloy cooling system expansion tank were also fitted. In addition, all chrome was refinished to show quality. The navy blue paint is also exceptional. An extensive book of receipts from Engand on the rebuild goes with the car.
Top speed: 120 MPH plus Engine: 6 cyl. 3442 cc developing 180 Horsepower. REMEMBER: This is an "M" or an "S" -Special equipment model delivered with High-lift Camshafts, Wire Wheels with Knock-offs, and stiffer Front Torsion Bars from the factory.
The extensive use of wood trim in the interior and the roll-up windows make this "S" an elegant and fast Touring car in any weather IF YOU BUY THE JAGUAR , INSPECT IT AT MY HOME WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION, AND DO NOT LIKE IT FOR ANY REASON, I WILL GLADLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. THIS HOBBY SHOULD BE FUN FOR EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
