This 1959 Jaguar XK150 is a left-hand-drive roadster that was refurbished in the 1990s and acquired by the selling dealer in 2023. The car is finished in red over tan leather upholstery, and power comes from a 3.4-liter inline-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes a tan soft top, chrome 16″ knock-off wire wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a Moto-Lita steering wheel, and dual SU carburetors. This XK150 roadster is now offered in Massachusetts with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a handwritten maintenance logbook, photos from the refurbishment, and a clean New Jersey title.
The body was stripped to bare metal and repainted in its current shade of red during the refurbishment in the 1990s. Exterior details include a replacement tan soft top, side air intake vents, fender-mounted turn signals, dual side mirrors, a locking fuel-filler door, and chrome bumpers with overriders.
Chrome-finished 16″ wire wheels are secured with two-eared knock-offs and are mounted with 185-series Michelin X radial tires. A full-size spare is stored under the trunk floor. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin was refreshed during the refurbishment and features bucket seats trimmed in tan leather accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard, carpets, and door panels. Additional appointments include lap belts, a dash-mounted rearview mirror, and rubber floor mats.
A wood-rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel wears a Jaguar Coventry horn button and fronts Smiths instrumentation that includes a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 92k miles, though true mileage is unknown.
The 3.4-liter DOHC inline-six is equipped with a straight-port cylinder head and dual SU carburetors. The oil was changed and the spark plugs were replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
The Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate details colors, serial numbers, and production information.
Manufacturer’s literature, service records, and a handwritten maintenance logbook are also included in the sale.
