Is in a driving condition Yes

The car was specially prepared by a specialist, who recently completely overhauled the engine. This includes new pistons and bushings. The radiator is equipped with an extra fan for better cooling. There are also seats from a Jaguar XJS placed for more comfort and equipped with headrests, however, the original seats are included. For safety, professional seat belts and a fire extinguisher are fitted. Of course, a rally clock and additional rocker switches on the dashboard should not be missing. Although the car is technically complete, cosmetically there are some points of attention. For example, the paint shows some wear and there is some corrosion in the known places. For a tough rally car, this should not spoil the fun. Also, the car can easily be brought back to its original specification to be further restored.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
