Exceptional Jaguar XK 150 automatic drop head coupe in with red leather interior. This magnificent car was entirely restored from bare metal chassis.
Mechanics: The car was only driven 2,556 km since the restoration: the engine was overhauled in 2005, the gearbox was replaced by an automatic from a XJ SIII, a power steering from a XJ40, the complete brakes are new, the rolling elements were overhauled, the exhaust, battery, wire system, alternator, kenlow fan, wiper motor, alternator and the pneumatics are all new. The car is in perfect working condition. It has meticulously been maintained since.
The entire interior was restored in England by an award concourse specialist, M. C. T. Jaguar Restoration (leather, carpets, door & dashboard trims, instruments, seals, chrome accessories, twofold soft top etc.). Everything is new and the work was committed with a lot of care. The car is now in superb cosmetic condition.
Regarding the bodywork the complete body was stripped down to bare metal and separated from the chassis. The visible parts of the platform and the chassis are in very good condition. The exterior has been restored and is in perfect cosmetic condition. The louvers underwent a small modification to improve the cooling, like you find it on the MKII 3L8 Tour de France. The chromes and accessories were restored with a lot of care.

This nice car is one of the rare convertibles that was delivered new by Jaguar with automatic transmission. The overall expenditure of its current owner totals almost 130,000 Euro but unfortunately due to a sickness that disabled his vision he decided not to drive the car anymore. Due to his poor vision, the car suffered from small scratches an all 4 fenders, a perfect concourse condition paintwork job will only cost 3,500 euros to repaint all none concourse condition elements.
Its current price is particularly interesting: Those who look for a pure classic with a modern comfort should not let this excellent opportunity go buy. The car is available and registered in France.

Note that the JDHT record and the data plate on this car do not agree except for Chassis Number. It should be noted to that the body number on the data plate is a FHC number. The data plate numbers are as follows:
