A few years ago, a client asked us if we could find him such a car and then restore it to top condition according to his wishes. Of course, we jumped at the chance. A suitable candidate was found and purchased in Germany, after which the restoration began. Starting with a bare chassis, a perfect powertrain was created, equipped with every conceivable option. A five-speed gearbox, heavier Coopercraft brakes, and full stainless steel wire wheels are just a few of the features. Everything was also galvanized, sandblasted, powder coated, and finished to perfection. Van Giersbergen Motorrevisie built a slightly tuned engine, which was of course also equipped with all the upgrades. A 2-inch stainless steel exhaust system from Classic Fabs UK then provides the most beautiful sound imaginable. After we had repaired the body, it was completely spray-painted and polished at Classic&Exclusive carpainting. Once we had completely rebuilt the body and chassis, it was taken to one of the best upholsterers in the Netherlands, where, in consultation with the owner, a huge list of upgrades was carried out on the interior, which was upholstered in the finest leather. How about bucket seats, heated seats, lumbar supports, walnut dashboard, a state-of-the-art audio system, fully upholstered trunk, storage compartment with USB connection, etc.? Other options we have installed include electric power steering, a Moto-Lita wooden steering wheel, oil temperature gauge, high torque starter motor, aluminum brake fluid reservoirs, alternator, electric cooling fan, etc.

The result is an exceptionally chic and stylish Jaguar that drives perfectly! A car that can be seen anywhere and can be used for any conceivable trip or (touring) rally. When building this car, budget was not a consideration; only quality and exclusivity mattered. We would be happy to tell you all about it during a visit to our showroom, where the complete file with photos and invoices from the restoration is also available for inspection.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
