Car listed as sold at:
jagxk.com/cars-for-sale/pg/2/category/jaguar-xk150-dhc-1959-for-sale.html
Seller's description:
Jaguar XK150 DHC 1959 - SOLD
Chassis no: S838203
This Jaguar XK150 drophead coupé was originally exported the New York, USA. It was returned to the UK in 1988, has since been extensively improved and converted to right hand drive.
The car today features many upgrades to improve it for modern use. These include; 5-speed gearbox, electronic ignition, electric cooling fan, header tank, electric power steering, uprated brakes, bullet indicators to rear and uprated wiper moto. In addition to these the car benefits from a walnut dashboard and door capping, trickle charger point, bucket seats, "wind buffer" to reduce wind when hood is down and fitted luggage.
This XK drives extremely well and with the above list of improvements is an ideal vehicle for touring. Indeed, the current owner has toured the car in France, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Belgium, Corsica, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Italy.
Finished in British Racing Green with a green hood and biscuit interior with green piping this car is very well presented.
Overall this XK150 is a very usable and attractive motorcar which is ready to be driven out of the showroom and enjoyed.
