This car was advertised for sale by English company "Mill Lane Engineering Ltd" in "Thoroughbred and Classic Car magazine January 1991. British registration number was 257 CYN and the car had a total body and mechanical restoration. It was stated to be one of the rarest XKs as only 39 3.8S roadsters were produced, and only a handful were right hand drive

Originally registered in late 1959 this car was purchased by the second owner from Henlys the Jaguar agents London in 1963. A Halda speed pilot and compass assembly had been fitted to the dashboard by the original owner. A troublefree ownership except for persistent plug fouling, it was part exchanged back to Henlys in late 1966.
