Left-hand-drive 1959 Jaguar XK150 roadster equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission plus overdrive, 3.5-liter straight-six engine, dual carburetors, dual exhaust tips, four-wheel disc brakes, convertible soft top frame, three-spoke steering wheel, and wire wheels with knockoff spinners (VIN: T831285DN, engine No.: VS1374-9). The car had been in storage for 35 years (thus low milage 7002 miles) and engine has been brought back to working condition in 2019. The car is currently registered in Maryland and is in good running condition. The car has a new interior (red leather) and soft top + tonneau cover and new tires among other repairs. Lap seat belts have been added. Clutch has been recently replaced (2024). Car exterior has original paint (maroon)
This Jaguar XK150 was purchased in California in 1979 and then driven to PA. The owner, a Captain in the Army, was deployed overseas in 1980 where he was killed. His wife put the car in storage, and it remained there until 2017. The car was stored in an old barn under poor conditions so there was a lot of deterioration during this time and was undrivable. The car was taken to a restoration company (Vintage Restorations LTD, Union Bridge, MD) to bring in up to driving conditions. Extensive work was done on the engine and practically all systems. I have all the invoices for the work done which are available for review. The car has no dents and has not had any body work done but needs a new paint job, it has many scratches and minor dings that need to be repaired.

This car seems to be missing its original VS triple carb engine. Looks like a basis 3.4 with twin HD6 SU carbs.
Some photos of body, engine, and chassis would be helpful.
