We are very pleased to be able to offer you today this late entered 1959 Jaguar XK150 drophead coupe which is of course the most desirable variant of the XK range especially as it has the more powerful 3800cc engine and manual gearbox with overdrive.
It is painted in Old English White and has the Red leather interior trim and upholstery and Black mohair hood and it has been owned by the present private vendor for the past six years. It had a total and body off restoration in 1996 and it has covered only about 5000 miles since and at that time the engine and gearbox were rebuilt and the engine was enlarged to 3800cc with the 'S' specification head and triple carburettors. It has new chrome wire wheels and Avon tyres, rear springs, shock absorbers, wiring loom, exhaust system and the trim was replaced and there is a thick file of bills in the history file.
This is possibly one of the best you will find of this desirable car and it is priced to sell.
