    Sellers description:
This car came out of Las Vegas, and other than a little rust in the door bottoms, there is no other apparent rust through. It is a number matching car. The right front fender has been hit and poorly repaired, but no frame damage. The mileage is unknown. The speedometer did not come from this car. The following items have been found to be missing: windshield glass and windshield chrome surround, right battery box, washer bottle, front of spare well, bonnet center chrome, one window winder handle. Has incorrect steering wheel. There are a few extra parts that come with car. Has upper cowl and windshield frame as shown in photos. The engine was reportedly rebuilt, but no proof of that. The numbers on the car are as follows:

    Chassis S 830130
    Engine V 2725-8
    Gearbox M 4734 J
    Body F 15114

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
