First owner Mrs Haywood of London N14. Sold by her in 1963. About three owners thereafter includng one who repainted the car in Black. In 1973 acquired by Rod Leach, "Nostalgia", who transferred the plate XK1 to this car. Concours winner thereafter. See Thoroughbred & Classic Cars, June 1983, page 24.
