This XK150 returned from the USA in 1998 to UK and sold directly to a buyer in Ireland who I bought it of Sep. 2018.

Would dearly love to find history.
Have copy of Title in States.
Last owned in States Mr and Mrs Franklin from Austin Texas. With previous owner AFX495 recorded on Title. Can this be traced ?
Please email any info available on this XK150 FHC. Thank you.

I should have added that Mr Isaac N Franklin Jr and his wife Nancy had owned this XK150 FHC (then possibly white ) from Jan 1982 until 1989, as per photocopy of the Texas Certificate of Title which I have.

Can anyone tell me is there any avenue open to me that I can trace the history of this XK150 which was sold new to Jaguar Cars New York ?

Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
