This 1954 Jaguar XK140 MC roadster was retrofitted with a 425ci Oldsmobile V8 and a Turbo 400 three-speed automatic transmission at some point under prior ownership. Finished in white over tan vinyl upholstery, the car rides on black-finished 16″ knock-off wire wheels and wears a split windscreen as well as amber-lens fog lights. Inside, a wood-rimmed Styla steering wheel is accompanied by Stewart Warner instrumentation. The engine has an Edelbrock carburetor and Performer intake manifold as well as a dual exhaust system with four-into-one headers. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this XK140 is now offered with a removable tan soft top as well as a Colorado title.

Equipment includes a split windshield, a driver-side mirror, amber-lens fog lights, and full-width chrome bumpers with overriders.

The car is finished in white, which is complemented by a removable tan soft top shown in the gallery below. The selling dealer tells us that there is a hole in the soft top and that the side curtains are missing.

The black-finished 16″ wire wheels are secured by two-ear knock-offs mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown whitewall tires. Braking is handled by drums at each corner.

The cabin houses individual bucket seats trimmed in tan vinyl upholstery with patterned inserts, which extends to the coaming and door panels. Further appointments include a wood-rimmed Styla steering wheel, a passenger-side grab handle, lap belts, and a mirror mounted to the custom black vinyl–trimmed dash. The selling dealer notes missing paint on the door sills. Stewart Warner instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The speedometer was repaired in preparation for the sale. The six-digit odometer shows 14 miles. True mileage is unknown.

The 425ci Oldsmobile V8 and Turbo 400 three-speed automatic transmission were installed under previous ownership. The engine breathes through an Edelbrock carburetor installed atop an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold. The radiator is equipped with an electric pusher fan and is said to have been serviced in preparation for the sale.

The dual exhaust system is comprised of four-into-one headers flowing into Mitchell mufflers.

Chassis number S810227. The current Colorado title lists the VIN as 5810227. The selling dealer notes that access to the chassis stamping is blocked by the radiator.
