The Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate of Origin is available. This is a matching-numbers vehicle; only the "Moss Box" gearbox has been replaced with a Getrag 5-speed transmission.

The car was originally delivered in SE (Special Equipped) trim, which includes two exterior mirrors, two exhaust pipes, auxiliary headlights, wire wheels, and a radio.

The upgraded C-Type cylinder head (154 kW / 210 hp) is also factory-fitted. The fitted trunk is an optional extra.

The car underwent a top-quality, comprehensive restoration by a leading specialist (Snowdon). This restoration is, of course, documented with invoices and extensive photographic records.

The last appraisal in 2017 confirmed a condition rating of 1-. Approximately 3,500 km have been driven since then.

A recent service and a current appraisal for insurance purposes are included.

Accessories:

Luggage set

Spoked wheels

Becker Europa radio

SE Special Equited

5-speed Getrag transmission

C cylinder head

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
